------- From the Herald
- We have added the choice to get a shield as a Dragonslayer weapon reward to all classes that can equip a shield. We have also added a second shield type for healing classes with modified bonuses. Players that want to try out the shield option can do a trade-in of their current Dragonslayer weapon with the original NPCs that rewarded them. Classes that have this added option: Cleric (medium healer), Friar (small healer), Heretic (small healer and small melee), Infiltrator (small melee shield), Minstrel (small melee), Berserker (small melee), Healer (small healer), Shaman (small healer), Shadowblade (small melee shield), Skald (medium melee), Bard (small melee and small healer), Druid (small healer), Nightshade (small melee), Ranger (small melee), and Warden (small, medium, and large healer along with added Large melee noted above).
Does anyone know the stats on the dragon shield for healer types, specifically a hybrid healer like the friar or warden?

so is that, like, the same shield i needed for that cleric template?
or is it some other random shield that mythic will determine the stats of on a whim?

No, that's not the same shield. When you complete the dragon quest you get the option of a weapon or a shield. The weapon is similar to your champ and the shield stats suck.
